So, you got your awesome 2.1 update for the Droid, and Verizon decided not to include the awesome new Eclair Home app! Lame!
Here's a fixed up version that works on the 2.1 Droid.
You can get a working Launcher2 for FREE if you root and install CyanogenMod! Get it via ROM Manager!
