First, the unlimited package you have is for your phones use, not tethering...unless you have rooted the phone and are using the mobile hotpot feature in froyo, or are using a tethering app from somewhere other than the Death Star. Second, your unlimited package is not unlimited. It has a 5GB cap. I know, I still have one as well and I have read the fine print. Many providers do the same thing...advertise a package as unlimited, and then cap it via a Fair use policy. It should be made illegal, IMHO, as I fail to see how it is not false advertising. Having said this, I havent actually checked the policy in s few months, so maybe it has changed (probably not to our benefit, if it has).
